This one is a real brain-teaser! Was asked to replicate from a photo, scaled to fit the client's space and electronics. Key feature here is the torsion-box structure, which gives the cantilevered shelves their strength and stability. A 1" core of resin-impregnated honeycomb material is skinned with quarter-inch thick outer layers of walnut, bonded in a vacuum press with an extremely rigid plastic-resin adhesive.
